1. Ordering

Yes, you are required to create an account to place an order. Creating an account with Jonakee allows you to track your orders, save shipping details for faster checkout, and view your purchase history.

Click on “Login/Register” at the top right of the page, then select ‘Create An Account’. Fill in your details to register instantly.

Simply browse our collection, select your size (referring to the Size Guide), and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to the Shopping Cart and follow the checkout steps to confirm your purchase and payment.

If an item is in high demand, it may be concurrently held in another customer's cart, showing as “Temporarily Unavailable”. Please check back shortly or contact us if the issue persists.

We accept secure online payments via PhonePe. This supports all major modes including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

We generally do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as our production process begins almost immediately. Please review your order details, especially size and shipping address, carefully before confirming.

Enter your code in the “Voucher Code” field on the Shopping Cart page and click “Add”. The discount must be applied before checkout; we cannot manually apply it afterwards.

You will receive an order acknowledgement email immediately after placing your order. Additionally, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number on the day of delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery

For in-stock items, we dispatch within 2-3 working days. For many of our handcrafted items, the Standard Production Time is 10 to 12 working days. Shipping time is calculated after this production period.

Pan India: Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
International: Timelines depend on the destination and our logistics partners.

Shipping is FREE for orders above Rs. 6999. For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100 is applied for Pan India delivery. International charges are calculated at checkout based on weight.

Important: To be eligible for any claim regarding damage or missing items, you MUST record a clear unpacking video starting from opening the sealed package. This video must be sent to our WhatsApp (+91 86208 64145) within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without this video will not be entertained.

No. We do not offer exchanges or returns for size or color issues. Please ensure you refer to our Size Guide meticulously before placing your order. Returns are solely accepted for manufacturing defects verified by an unpacking video.

We provide up to two delivery attempts free of charge. However, if delivery fails after two attempts due to unavailability, any further attempt (from the third attempt onwards) will be chargeable.
